Are your experiences fully private, or will we be placed in a shared group?
All Marragafay experiences are bookable as fully private events — your group, your schedule, your pace. Our Signature and Luxury packages are never shared with other parties unless you explicitly request a shared departure at the time of booking. If you have four guests, the guide, the vehicles, and the dinner table belong to your four guests alone. That is the default. It is not an upgrade.
What is the actual condition of your ATV and buggy fleet?
Our fleet is the newest in operation across Agafay, maintained on a rolling replacement schedule and subject to a full mechanical inspection before every single departure. If a vehicle does not pass pre-departure inspection, it does not leave the compound — and an equivalent replacement is provided with no delay to your itinerary. We are not in the business of running aging machinery because it is cheaper to maintain. The fleet is a core part of the experience, and it is treated accordingly.
Do you handle hotel transfers directly from Marrakech?
Yes. Private door-to-door transfer from your hotel or riad in Marrakech is included in all Signature and Luxury packages. Our driver will confirm your pickup location, entrance name, and exact time the evening prior — and will arrive within a two-minute window of the scheduled departure. If your itinerary changes on the day, notify us via WhatsApp and we will adjust without penalty.
Can the desert dinner accommodate specific dietary requirements — allergies, religious restrictions, or personal preferences?
Yes, in full. When you book, you will be asked to declare any dietary requirements — allergies (including severe and anaphylactic), religious dietary laws, vegetarian or vegan preferences, or any other restrictions. These are communicated directly to our camp chef and confirmed 24 hours before your arrival. We do not offer a modified version of a standard menu. We prepare for your actual requirements. If you have a complex medical condition requiring specific preparation, contact us directly before booking so we can confirm our capacity to accommodate it correctly.
