Every vehicle in our fleet undergoes a full mechanical inspection before each departure — no exceptions, no shortcuts. Our instructors hold certified safety qualifications and operate under a strict briefing protocol regardless of a client’s stated experience level. In terrain this demanding, preparation is not optional.

Our guides are not hired seasonally. They are native to this landscape — fluent in its hidden corridors, its shifting light, its silence. Our fleet is maintained on a rolling replacement schedule — because degraded machinery degrades the experience, and that is a compromise we do not make. Are your experiences fully private, or will we be placed in a shared group?
Our Standard package includes shared hotel/riad transfers and group activities. Our Private, Private+, and Buggy packages are fully private and include dedicated private round-trip transfers and a dedicated guide.
What is the actual condition of your ATV and buggy fleet?
Our fleet is the newest in operation across Agafay, maintained on a rolling replacement schedule and subject to a full mechanical inspection before every single departure. If a vehicle does not pass pre-departure inspection, it does not leave the compound — and an equivalent replacement is provided with no delay to your itinerary. We are not in the business of running aging machinery because it is cheaper to maintain. The fleet is a core part of the experience, and it is treated accordingly.
Do you handle hotel transfers directly from Marrakech?
Standard includes shared transfer from your hotel or riad. Private, Private+, and Buggy packages include dedicated private round-trip transfers directly from your Marrakech hotel or riad (subject to vehicle access).
Can the desert dinner accommodate specific dietary requirements — allergies, religious restrictions, or personal preferences?
Yes, in full. When you book, you will be asked to declare any dietary requirements — allergies (including severe and anaphylactic), religious dietary laws, vegetarian or vegan preferences, or any other restrictions. These are communicated directly to our camp chef and confirmed 24 hours before your arrival. We do not offer a modified version of a standard menu. We prepare for your actual requirements. If you have a complex medical condition requiring specific preparation, contact us directly before booking so we can confirm our capacity to accommodate it correctly.
