Reservations & Payment
Reservations made through marragafay.com do not require upfront payment. Payment is settled upon arrival or completion of your experience in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), EUR, or major credit cards.
Transportation & Hotel Pickups
All private packages include scheduled pickup and drop-off from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Please ensure you are ready at the agreed time to maintain your scheduled itinerary.
Activity Guidelines & Equipment
All desert activities including quad biking, dune buggies, camel trekking, and hot air ballooning are supervised by licensed guides. Safety helmets, goggles, and equipment are provided and mandatory during motorized tours.
Guest Health & Accessibility
Guests are responsible for informing our team of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to motorized or high-altitude activities.
Liability & Standards
Marragafay operates in compliance with Moroccan tourism and transport regulations. Activities are insured according to Kingdom of Morocco commercial excursion standards.
